Renovo is a wellness coaching company

Renovo provides wellness coaching and educational services. We are not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and we do not conduct HIPAA-covered transactions. Because of this, our coaching services are not, in general, considered HIPAA-covered healthcare.

We still respect your privacy

Even though HIPAA does not typically apply to our services, we treat the information you share with us with care. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When HIPAA may apply

If Renovo enters into a Business Associate Agreement with a HIPAA-covered entity to provide services on their behalf, HIPAA rules would apply to that specific engagement. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, your engagement with Renovo is not such an arrangement.

Sharing with your healthcare provider

We will only share information about you with your healthcare provider if you specifically ask us to do so in writing.
