Refund Policy

Renovo coaching services are sold by Gerardo Sumano ("Renovo", "we", "us"). Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Renovo coaching packages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@renovohealth.co from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order date and the plan you purchased. We will confirm and process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Coaching packages

Renovo coaching packages (Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month) are one-time purchases. Nothing renews automatically. Your coaching window begins on the date of purchase and ends on the date shown in your dashboard.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days from your order date, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside the 30-day window, email billing@renovohealth.co and we will review your request in good faith.

Missed appointments

Any coaching sessions included in your package that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without cancellation, are forfeited but do not affect your right to request a refund under the 30-day guarantee above.

No outcome guarantee

Renovo does not guarantee specific health, weight, or lifestyle outcomes. Not achieving a personal goal is not required to obtain a refund within the 30-day window described above.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us so we can resolve the issue directly.
